The Passageway and Aqueduct

View of the underground passageway that connects the two parts of the Palace of Agrippa II. Note the finely dressed carved limestone blocks and the archway of the underground passageway.
An aqueduct that provided water to the palace was/is located below the floor of the passageway. Water in the aqueduct is visible in the lower portion of the image.
