Pool Tower 1

View looking north at the foundations of the “Pool Tower”— on the left (west) side of the image. Some of the stones used in the construction of the tower were 6 ft. long and 3 ft. high and 3 ft. wide [2 x 1 x 1m.].

The tower was built in the Middle Bronze II Period (ca. 1800-1700 B.C.) and was evidently in use for 1,000 years!
