The Chapel of Saint Helena is an Armenian chapel that is located at the eastern end of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. It is reached by descending a flight of twenty-nine steps.

Although usually called the “Chapel of Saint Helena” (Helena was the mother of Constantine and the one who built this church) the Armenians (who control the chapel) call it the “Chapel of Gregory the Illuminator.”
